Recovery Jobs is designed to support individuals in recovery by offering job readiness tools and employment-related services. We do not provide medical advice, addiction treatment, or crisis support. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Recovery Jobs. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are fully capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Our Services

Recovery Jobs equips substance use disorder treatment centers and their clients with employment tools and resources designed to improve job readiness, support sustained employment, and promote long-term recovery success by including:

• Job readiness curriculum and career development resources

• AI-powered resume and cover letter tools

• Access to recovery-friendly job opportunities

• Financial education and life skills content

• Alumni community board for networking and support

We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes. These Services are intended to supplement—not replace—professional treatment or therapeutic support. Recovery Jobs does not assess clinical readiness for employment.

Employment Posting Guidelines
Employers using the platform agree not to:

• Discriminate based on recovery status or any protected class

• Solicit sensitive personal information not required for a job application

• Offer fraudulent or misleading employment opportunities

• Contact applicants outside of the intended platform functionality without permission

  
  

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to deactivate or delete accounts that are inactive for a prolonged period or that violate our Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

• Upload or distribute malicious code

Recovery Jobs is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA").
